3D proofing for every printed product

Every trade has its own proof sheet, its own vocabulary and its own way of losing money to a misunderstood approval. Pick the one you print.

Don’t see your product?

These nine pages are the printed products we know best, but the underlying problem is the same everywhere: a customer is asked to approve a flat representation of something that will be folded, wrapped, laminated, bound, decorated or foiled. If you produce a physical printed product and your proof sheet does not look like it, ProofScene is worth a conversation.

ProofScene is opening early access, and the roadmap is being shaped by the shops that ask for their product type. Tell us what you print on the early access form or get in touch, and we will tell you honestly whether it fits today.

If you would rather start with the platform than the product: read 3D print proofing software, see how it works, or browse the guides library. Larger operations should look at enterprise self-hosted and white-label deployments.

Choosing your industry, answered

Which industries does ProofScene support?

ProofScene is built for printed products that are finished into an object: folding cartons and packaging, pressure-sensitive and shrink-sleeve labels, plastic and smart cards, promotional products, decorated apparel, signage and large format, general commercial print, books and publications, and specialty embellishment work.

Do I need a different tool for each product type?

No. It is one platform. The industry pages exist because each trade has its own proof sheet, vocabulary and failure modes, but the workflow is the same: start from the artwork you already proof, build a 3D version of the finished product, send it as a branded link, collect a documented approval.

What if my product is not listed?

Tell us what you print. The nine pages here are the products we know best, and the roadmap is being shaped by what shops ask for during early access. We would rather tell you honestly that something is not supported yet than guess.

Does ProofScene replace our current proofing process?

It is designed to sit alongside it. Your preflight, imposition and color steps stay where they are; the 3D proof replaces the moment where a customer had to imagine the finished product from a flat page.

Are 3D proofs color accurate?

They represent appearance, placement, materials and finishing for visual approval. A 3D proof is not a calibrated contract-color proof unless your workflow includes formal color management, so color-critical jobs keep their existing color approval step.

Is ProofScene available now?

ProofScene is opening early access. It is built by people who run a printing and card-manufacturing operation, from the proof-approval workflow they use on real production orders, and shops joining the list help decide which product types are built out next.
